There are certain moments that we share with other people which can sow the seed for potential life-long friendships and mutual understanding. These usually have three common ingredients: strong emotion, a lack of control, and a sense of novelty.
As introverts and highly sensitive people these kinds of experiences provide us with a deep sense of shared enjoyment and fulfilment with other people. In this episode I look at seven examples of where we can find such experiences and how we can create more of them in our lives.
